New stock news | The IPO of Haiwei Electronics on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the full circulation of domestically unlisted shares have been filed with the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
According to the Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, on August 26th, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Notice on the Overseas Issuance and Listing of Hebei Haiwei Electronic New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and the 'Full Circulation' Record of Unlisted Shares in China". The company plans to issue no more than 47,423,000 shares of overseas-listed common stock and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. A total of 14 shareholders of the company plan to convert a total of 29,019,539 unlisted shares in China into overseas-listed shares and list them for circulation on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
