China Automotive Company plans to acquire 100% equity of China Automotive Research Automobile Inspection Center Limited through cash payment of 111 million yuan.

China Automotive Holdings announced that the company plans to acquire 100% equity of China Automotive Research Automobile Inspection Center Co., Ltd. held by China Automotive Research Automobile Inspection Center Co., Ltd. for a cash consideration of 111 million yuan. Upon completion of the transaction, the Automotive Inspection Center will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction, but does not constitute a major asset restructuring as defined in the Measures for the Administration of Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies.
