(Beijing Taihecheng), agreed to pledge 35.6 million H shares of the company to Shanghai Pudong Development Bank as the beneficiary, equivalent to approximately 99.99% of the total number of shares held by Beijing Taihecheng in the company. As of the date of this announcement, the H shares of the company pledged by Beijing Taihecheng account for approximately 4.54% of the total number of shares issued by the company.
