Xintian Green Energy: Intends to acquire 49% equity of Chongli Wind Power Company and Zhangbei Wind Power Company through public delisting.

New Sky Green Energy announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hebei JianTou Xin Energy Co., Ltd., intends to participate in the acquisition of 49% of the minority shareholders' equity in Chongli JianTou Hua Shi Wind Power Co., Ltd. and Zhangbei JianTou Hua Shi Wind Power Co., Ltd. through public bidding delisting. The base price for the transfer of 49% equity in Chongli Wind Power Company is 67.65 million RMB, and the base price for the transfer of 49% equity in Zhangbei Wind Power Company is 56.5877 million RMB. If the delisting is successful, JianTou Xin Energy will hold 100% equity in the two target companies, Chongli Wind Power Company and Zhangbei Wind Power Company, will become wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company and will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
