Innovation shares of CRRC Corporation Limited to be fully traded on the domestic market after receiving approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

On August 26, the China Securities Regulatory Commission website issued a notice regarding the record filing of the full circulation of domestically unlisted shares of Zhong Chuangxin Aviation Technology Group Co., Ltd. Thirteen shareholders of the company intend to convert a total of 149,831,290 domestically unlisted shares into shares listed overseas, and they will be traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
