Pola announced that the sixth meeting of the fourth board of directors of the company approved the proposal on planning to issue H shares and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on August 25, 2025. In order to accelerate the company's internationalization strategy and overseas business development, enhance the company's overseas financing capabilities, and further improve the company's overall competitiveness, the company plans to issue overseas listed shares and list on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. This issuance still needs to obtain approval or approval from relevant government agencies and regulatory authorities such as the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
