At the same time, the company has launched 12/20 phase digital controllers and 70ADrMOS chips suitable for servers and communication equipment, as well as a series of 48V input mixed analog-digital integrated power supply chips and high-current EFUSE chips, which have successively entered trial production and mass production. Some of the power and drive chips developed by the company are used in cooling systems.
