The new Tsinghua Unigroup has established a technology company in Hainan, including integrated circuit design business.

According to the Enterprise Search App, recently, Hainan Tsinghua Unigroup Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Xu Huilong as the legal representative and a registered capital of 100 million yuan. Its business scope includes: technology import and export; goods import and export; import and export agency; real estate development and operation; integrated circuit design; data processing services; and cloud computing equipment sales. The equity penetration of Enterprise Search shows that the company is wholly owned by Beijing Tsinghua Unigroup Communication Technology Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the New Tsinghua Unigroup.
