Cnstock News APP reports that China Foods (00506.HK) has announced that Mr. Shen Xinwen has resigned as an executive director, member, and chairman of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee; as well as a member of the Executive Committee, effective from August 26, 2025; and Mr. Song Liang has been appointed as a non-executive director of the company, effective from August 26, 2025.
