Wang Song, the former research director of the Fed's asset management, has resigned and taken up a new position at Fangzheng Securities Research Institute as the chief real estate industry researcher. When asked why he returned to the real estate sector as a seller despite the industry still being in a high alert state, Wang Song stated that he valued two core principles: the industry opportunities have not disappeared, they just need to be "found"; real estate is a "cross-disciplinary key".
