Australia postpones the release of the final fact report and final ruling proposal on the sunset review of anti-dumping measures against China.

On August 25, 2025, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission issued Notice No. 2025/076, announcing the postponement of the release of the basic facts report and final ruling recommendation for the anti-dumping sunset review investigation on steel reinforcing bars imported from China. The Australian Anti-Dumping Commission expects to complete the basic facts report of this case no later than December 10, 2025, and submit the final ruling report to the Australian Minister for Industry and Science no later than February 23, 2026.
