Floods exceeding the warning level have occurred in 14 small and medium-sized rivers nationwide.
From 8:00 on August 25th to 8:00 on the 26th, due to the impact of rainfall, 14 small and medium-sized rivers in Hainan, Liaoning, and Jilin provinces, including the Changhua River, Nandu River, Ling shui River and its tributary Baocheng River, the Daya River, a tributary of the Hun River in Liaoning, and the Stone River, a tributary of the Toudao Songhua River in Jilin, experienced flooding above the warning level. The maximum exceedance was 3.21 meters, with the Ling shui River, Baocheng River, and Daya River exceeding the warning level by 1.21 meters. Currently, the Ministry of Water Resources has maintained a level IV emergency response for flood control in seven provinces and regions including Liaoning, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Guangdong, Guangxi, and Hainan.
