Two 35,000 cubic meters capacity large-sized hopper suction dredgers were launched in Qidong, Jiangsu.

On August 26, the two largest bucket suction dredgers in Asia and world-leading "national heavy equipment" designed and built independently by our country, the 35000 cubic meters super large dredging ship "Tongjun" and "Junguang", were successfully launched in Qidong, Jiangsu. The reporters on site learned that these two bucket suction dredgers "twin stars" can operate in conditions with wind waves up to eight levels, with a maximum dredging depth of 120 meters, equivalent to the bucket head reaching the seabed to a height of about 40 floors. In normal construction environments, the vessels can fill the mud tank in 90 minutes, with a loading efficiency that is world-leading.
