Li Hu is the Party Secretary of Hainan University.

According to the official website of Hainan University, on the afternoon of August 25th, Hainan University held a cadres meeting. Vice Governor of Hainan Province, Li Feng, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The relevant person in charge of the Provincial Party Committee Organization Department announced the decision of the Provincial Party Committee: Comrade Li Hu was appointed as a member, standing committee member, and secretary of the Hainan University Party Committee.
