On August 26, Sino Biopharmaceutical announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that in the first half of the year, net product revenue increased by 15% year-on-year to $215 million; research and development expenses decreased by 4% year-on-year to $111 million; net loss decreased by $44.6 million from the same period last year to $89.2 million, mainly due to revenue growth outpacing net operating expenses; basic and diluted loss per share was $0.08.
