Nearly 1,700 A-share companies have submitted their semi-annual reports, with performance of multiple industries showing quarter-on-quarter growth in the second quarter.

As of noon on August 25th, 1688 A-share companies have disclosed their semi-annual reports for 2025. The total operating income for the first half of the year was 9.5 trillion yuan, a slight decrease of 0.1% compared to the same period last year; the total net profit attributable to shareholders was 6151.98 billion yuan, an increase of 3.98% year-on-year. Among them, 1360 listed companies achieved profitability, accounting for over 80%. In addition, the performance of multiple industries showed quarter-on-quarter growth in the second quarter.
