Norway's Sovereign Wealth Fund has decided to exclude First International Bank of Israel Ltd and its holding company FIBI Holdings Ltd, Bank Leumi Le-Israel BM, Mizrahi Tefahot Bank Ltd, and Bank Hapoalim BM from its investments. These companies pose an unacceptable risk of being involved in serious human rights violations in times of war and conflict.
