During Monday morning trading, the stock price of Meta Platforms fell slightly. Prior to this, the company planned to launch a new type of smart glasses with a display screen at the upcoming Connect conference. Priced at around $800, the glasses will be equipped with a digital display screen for notifications and will be controlled through a wristband.

On Monday (August 25th), the New York spot gold price fell by 0.19% to $3365.59 per ounce at the close.
