Beijing issues yellow alert for geological disasters.

The Beijing Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Commission, in conjunction with the City Meteorological Bureau, issued a yellow warning for geological disaster weather risks at 20:00 on August 25. From 20:00 on August 26 to 20:00 on August 27, there is a high risk of landslides, collapses, mudslides, and other geological disasters in the central and northwest parts of Fangshan, the central and eastern parts of Mentougou, the northern parts of Shijingshan, the northwest parts of Haidian, the southwest and northeast parts of Changping, the central parts of Huairou, and the western parts of Miyun in Beijing. There is also a risk of landslides, collapses, mudslides, and other geological disasters in the western and northern parts of Fangshan, the western and central parts of Mentougou, the northwest parts of Fengtai, the north parts of Shijingshan, the western parts of Haidian, the northern parts of Changping, most parts of Yanqing, the northern and southwest parts of Huairou, and most parts of Miyun and Pinggu.
