Wisdom Financial News APP, Shengneng Group (02459.HK) announced that on August 19, 2025 (Tuesday) at 4:00 pm (the deadline for the final allotment of unsubscribed shares by the placement agent), all 221 million unsubscribed shares have been successfully placed at a price of HK$0.08 per share (equivalent to the subscription price) to no fewer than six underwriters in accordance with the terms of the placement agreement. Therefore, according to the compensation arrangement, there are no net profits available for distribution to non-participating shareholders.
