The Wisdom Financial APP reported that Maoyan Entertainment (01896.HK) issued an announcement, appointing Ms. Liu Lin, an independent non-executive director, as a new member of the company's Nomination Committee, in response to the revision of the Corporate Governance Code set out in Appendix C1 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (which came into effect on July 1, 2025), effective as of August 25, 2025.
