On August 25, 2025, Ai Jian Group announced that its controlling shareholder, Kunyao Group, had completed the procedures to release the pledge of 25 million shares on August 22, accounting for 5.17% of its holdings and 1.57% of the total share capital of the company. After the release of the pledge, Kunyao Group held a total of 334,063,981 shares of the company, which accounted for 69.12% of its holdings and 20.97% of the total share capital of the company.
