On the morning of August 25, Auch electrical announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the company plans to globally issue approximately 207 million shares, of which 10.3582 million shares will be issued in Hong Kong and around 197 million shares will be issued internationally, with an additional 15% over-allotment option. The issue price will not exceed HK$17.42 per share. It is expected that the shares will begin trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 2, 2025. Assuming the issue price is HK$16.71 per share and the adjustment rights and over-allotment option are not exercised, the company estimates that it will receive net proceeds of approximately HK$3.2874 billion from the global offering.
