The company intends to agree to sell 2.50% of Sanmenxia Aluminum Industry's equity held by the company to Jiaozuo Wanfang. The issue price of Jiaozuo Wanfang's issuance of shares to purchase assets in this transaction is 5.39 yuan per share. The company expects to obtain 149 million shares of Jiaozuo Wanfang through this transaction, and this transaction does not involve the payment of cash consideration.
