India will continue to close its airspace to Pakistan flights until September 24th.

Journalists learned on August 23 local time that India has extended the closure of its airspace to all Pakistani flights until September 24, 2025. Previously, India had announced restrictions on all aircraft registered, operated, or leased in Pakistan from entering Indian airspace, including commercial airlines and military aircraft, until June 23, 2025. The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority issued a notice on August 20 stating that it will continue to close its airspace to Indian aircraft until September 23, 2025.
