Yatai Group signs strategic cooperation agreement with Huadian Xineng

On the afternoon of August 22, Yatai Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Huadian New Energy Group Co., Ltd. Yatai Group and Huadian New Energy will cooperate in actively participating in local power energy planning and related major planning and construction work. The main cooperation content includes conducting site selection planning for new energy projects across the country; integrating resources from both parties to advance project filing, approval, and implementation, facilitating project investment and construction; initially carrying out pilot project cooperation development in regions such as Jilin and Heilongjiang, jointly obtaining local wind and solar resources, promoting the implementation of pilot projects, forming a replicable "new energy +" integration template, and achieving a win-win cooperation; actively exploring demonstration projects such as "new energy +", "source-grid-load-storage integration", and "green electricity direct connection" to achieve complementarity and balance between energy and industry.
