Justin Kleinstad, director of the North Dakota Pipeline Authority, said on Friday, "Based on the number of summer fracking and well completion crews, it is expected that oil production levels in July will significantly increase. The data for August is expected to remain relatively consistent with July. It is anticipated that the next two months will continue to show positive trends."
