Xiaopeng Motors announced that the company has entered into a cooperation framework agreement with Guangdong Haitian on August 22, 2025, with an effective period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028. According to the agreement, the two parties will continue to cooperate in the research and development, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service of flying cars. The flying car is expected to be mass-produced in 2026, with Xiaopeng providing Guangdong Haitian with research and development services, technical consulting services, and sales agent services. The annual transaction caps are respectively 900 million yuan, 1.8 billion yuan, and 2 billion yuan.
