Fujian Deli Technology Co., Ltd. and the sponsor, Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd., recently submitted an application for the withdrawal of the "Application of Fujian Deli Technology Co., Ltd. for the withdrawal of the initial public offering of shares and listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange" and "Application of Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd. for the withdrawal of the application of Fujian Deli Technology Co., Ltd. for the initial public offering of shares and listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange." The Shanghai Stock Exchange has decided to terminate the review of Fujian Deli's initial public offering of shares and listing on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
