State Grid and Dongfang Electric Group hold talks

Journalists learned that on August 22, Zhang Zhigang, Chairman and Party Secretary of State Grid Corporation of China, and Pang Xiaogang, General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary, held talks at the company's headquarters with Luo Qianyi, Chairman and Party Secretary of China Orient Electric Group Limited, and Zhang Yanjun, General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary. Both parties stated that State Grid and Orient Electric Group are both central enterprises with common responsibilities and missions, belong to the energy industry, and face common challenges. They agreed to further plan the "14th Five-Year Plan" development plan on the basis of previous good cooperation, deepen practical cooperation, establish a regular exchange mechanism, focus on technological innovation, strengthen collaborative research on key projects, and expand international business cooperation.
