According to the Zhitong Financial APP, informed sources revealed that European Central Bank officials are increasingly confident that they can maintain interest rates in September. These sources believe that the trade agreement between the EU and the United States will not cause significant economic concerns. They stated that economic growth and inflation conditions are basically consistent with the ECB's expectations for June, as interest rates remained unchanged at 2% last month. The forecast suggests that inflationary pressures will decrease in 2026, and then reach the target level of 2% again in 2027.
