On August 22, the China Power Investment Corporation opened bidding for the centralized procurement of photovoltaic modules for the years 2025 to 2026. The total scale of the project is 20GW, divided into two sections, with the first section at 18GW and the second section at 2GW, totaling the purchase of N-type bifacial double-glass photovoltaic modules of 20GW. It was noted by the reporter that the bidding prices for the two major sections of this large-scale centralized procurement by China Power Investment Corporation have increased to above 0.71 yuan/W, higher than the industry's previously proposed bottom price of 0.692 yuan/W, with only a few companies offering prices lower than 0.7 yuan/W.
