It emphasized the need to strengthen planning coordination, better implement integrated protection and management of mountains, waters, forests, fields, lakes, and grasslands, implement support policies in finance, tax, and land, guide the development of characteristic industries according to local conditions, and achieve a win-win situation of ecological, economic, and social benefits. It also emphasized the need to ensure the post-construction maintenance responsibilities of all parties, explore the establishment of long-term mechanisms, and encourage all types of operating entities to jointly carry out the post-construction work of the project. The meeting pointed out that the safety production of fishing vessels is related to the vital interests of a large number of fishermen, ship owners, and crew members.
