Dagang Holdings announced that the transfer of 34.9361 million shares held by Ms. Sun Jianxi to Mang Rui through the agreement has been completed by the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation, and obtained the "Securities Transfer Registration Confirmation". After this transfer is completed, Mang Rui holds 11% of the company's shares, and Chen Kexian becomes the actual controller of the company. Prior to this, Ms. Sun Jianxi and Mr. Li Taijie collectively held 27.31% of the company's shares, and entrusted their voting rights to Mr. Chen Kexian. This change in shareholding will not affect the company's normal production and operation.
