According to multiple sources, Wang Jiajia, the head of production responsible for the smart driving team at Ideal Car, recently submitted a resignation request. This is the third important responsible person from the smart driving team at Ideal Car to resign this year. In November of last year, Ideal Car made an adjustment to the smart driving team, dividing the entire department into three main divisions: Xia Zhongpu responsible for AI algorithm implementation, Jia Peng responsible for VLA technical research and development, and Wang Jiajia responsible for production, all reporting to Lang Xianpeng at the same time. Since the beginning of this year, Xia Zhongpu and Jia Peng have already left Ideal Car. Before resigning, Wang Jiajia was the head of production research and development for smart driving at Ideal, at level 21, reporting to Lang Xianpeng, the head of smart driving at Ideal Car.
