The Ministry of Water Resources and the China Meteorological Administration jointly issued an orange meteorological warning for mountain flood hazards at 18:00 on August 22. It is predicted that from 20:00 on August 22 to 20:00 on August 23, there is a high possibility of mountain flood hazards in some areas of northern Shanxi, western and northern Sichuan, central and northwestern Yunnan, and southern Gansu, among which the likelihood of mountain flood hazards is high in some areas of central Yunnan.
