"First time! National survey on industrial cultural resources officially launched"

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently issued a notice to organize a survey of industrial cultural resources, in order to provide a basis for advancing the protection, inheritance, value exploration, carrier construction, and industrial cultivation. A relevant person from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology stated that this survey aims to comprehensively understand the historical, technological, social, and artistic value of industrial cultural resources formed during China's industrialization process, scientifically evaluate the status of resource protection and revitalization, and establish a national database and dynamic management mechanism for industrial cultural resources. It is reported that the content of this survey includes industrial heritage, industrial theme exhibition venues, industrial tourism destinations, industrial sites, and industrial cultural resource clusters.
