The board of directors held a meeting on August 22, 2025 to approve the "Proposal on Adjusting the Members of the Board of Directors' Professional Committees", electing Mr. Dong Bin as the chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors and a member of the Board of Directors' Related Party Transaction Control Committee, and electing Mr. Wang Xiaopeng as the chairman of the Board of Directors' Risk Management Committee.
