The Winning Group (00397.HK) expects a comprehensive mid-term loss of no less than approximately 37 million Hong Kong dollars.

The Zhigong Group (00397.HK) announced that, based on the preliminary assessment of the latest unaudited comprehensive management accounts available to the Group, including a fair value change loss of approximately HK$27 million on financial assets recognized in profit or loss, and an expected credit loss of approximately HK$20 million on loans and interest receivable, the Group expects to achieve a net comprehensive loss of not less than approximately HK$37 million in the mid-year of 2025.
