Due to a job adjustment, Jiang Jun applied to resign from the position of Vice President of the company, and after leaving office, he will no longer hold any position in the company. With the proposal from the company's controlling shareholder, China Academy of Space Technology, and the qualification review by the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors, the company appointed Xiao Tao as the Vice President of the company, with a term until the end of the current term of the Board of Directors.
