After investigation, Peng Xiaomin has lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original intentions and missions, been disloyal and dishonest to the party, and resisted organizational review; ignored the spirit of the Central Eight-point Regulations, received and accepted gifts and consumption cards in violation of regulations, long-term accepting invitations to banquets and golf activities that may affect the fair execution of official duties, improperly borrowed others' vehicles and had others pay for expenses that should have been borne by the individual; violated organizational principles, improperly selected and appointed cadres, and accepted bribes; lost the bottom line of integrity, used his official influence to seek benefits for others and accepted bribes, engaged in money and sex transactions; had a corrupt household, failed to manage and educate his family; became greedy, corrupt and even retired but continued to engage in corruption, using the convenience of his official duties and the convenient conditions formed by his original position or authority to seek benefits for others in business operations, handling cases, etc., and illegally accepting large sums of money.
