CSRC has approved Dalian-DeLiJia's IPO registration application on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

The China Securities Regulatory Commission has approved the registration application of Delixi Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. for its initial public offering of shares and listing on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
