Everbright Technology (01760.HK): Enters into Financing Agreement

Zhixin Finance APP News, Eng Heng Technology (01760.HK) announced that on August 22, 2025, the company (as the borrower) and the company's direct wholly-owned subsidiary Eng Heng Technology (China) Co., Ltd. (as the guarantor), entered into a financing agreement with a syndicate of lenders (referred to as the "lenders") led by Hang Seng Bank Limited (as agent, appointed lead arranger and bookrunner), in which they will receive a principal amount of $90 million in accordance with the terms and conditions of the financing agreement, with an option to increase the principal amount to a total of up to $120 million through a flexible increase or decrease option.
