Shun Yu Optics Technology announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on August 21 (after trading hours) that several members of the group had entered into a memorandum of understanding with Goer Share and Goer Optics. According to the memorandum of understanding, the parties agree to further negotiate to enter into a final agreement on the subscription matter, the main terms of which are as follows: (i) After the restructuring is completed, Ningbo Aolai will subscribe for the equity of Goer Optics by contributing the entire equity of Shanghai Aolai it holds; and (ii) After the subscription matter is completed, Ningbo Aolai will hold approximately 33.33% of the equity of Goer Optics.
