According to the Economic Daily App, on August 22nd, the data from the Macau Statistics and Census Bureau showed that in July 2025, there were a total of 3,458,366 inbound tourists, an increase of 14.5% compared to the previous year. However, overnight tourists (1,980,732) and staying tourists (1,477,634) increased by 24.1% and 3.7% respectively compared to the same period last year. The average length of stay for tourists was 1.2 days, remaining unchanged from the previous year; staying tourists (2.4 days) remained unchanged, but overnight tourists (0.2 days) decreased by 0.1 days.
