As of the end of July 2025, the total number of electric vehicle charging infrastructure (guns) in China reached 16.696 million, a year-on-year increase of 53%. Among them, there are 4.202 million public charging facilities (guns), up 38% year-on-year; 12.494 million private charging facilities, up 58.8% year-on-year.
