According to the QiChaCha app, recently, Hengjian Construction Engineering Services Co., Ltd. was established with Xiong Xueli as the legal representative. Its business scope includes metal surface treatment and heat treatment processing; manufacturing of electronic components and electromechanical equipment; manufacturing of mechanical and electrical equipment, etc. According to QiChaCha's equity penetration display, the company is wholly owned by Hengli Petrochemical.
