On August 22, New World Development disclosed data showing that thanks to the attraction of animation and trendy toy brands, international renowned brands opening their first stores in Hong Kong, exclusive limited-time pop-up stores, cross-border collaboration activities, and other factors, the K11 Art Mall shopping arcade under the company located in Hong Kong has achieved a record high in customer traffic since its opening in 2025 fiscal year, with a long-term overall rental rate at 100%.
