Standard Chartered: Lower Kingshen's Industrial Trust (02778.HK) target price to 2.1 Hong Kong dollars, maintaining a "hold" rating.

According to the app of Wisdom Financial News, DBS released a research report stating that the income distributable by Champion Real Estate Investment Trust (02778.HK) in the first half of the year has dropped by 12.6% year-on-year to 476 million Hong Kong dollars, which is roughly in line with the bank's expectations. Given the challenging rental prospects and limited attractiveness of the yield, the bank maintains a "hold" rating with a target price lowered from the original 2.21 Hong Kong dollars to 2.1 Hong Kong dollars.
