The two contracts are both related to the "Simplex Public Housing" project in the 54th district of Tuen Mun, which are responsible for operating and managing around 2,800 units each. The entire Tuen Mun Ying Po Road project will provide approximately 5,600 units, with an estimated completion in the third quarter of next year.
